We provide professional psychological care for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, managing emotional or behavioural challenges yourself, or facing a difficult life transition, our psychologists are here to help. We take time to understand what’s going on and work with you to develop practical ways to cope and feel better.

Our team includes experienced Clinical Psychologists and Child & Adolescent Psychologists who are skilled in working with people across different stages of life.

Psychology Session Length

50 minutes for standard sessions. 80 minutes for extended sessions, which are available for complex cases or when additional time is beneficial.

Initial consultations: 45-60 minutes. Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes. Extended sessions available as needed.

Dietetics Services

Our dietitians support individuals who are struggling with eating, nutrition, or body image concerns. We understand the emotional and mental toll these issues can have, and we take a kind, non-judgemental approach to helping you rebuild a healthier relationship with food.

Dietetics sessions often work alongside psychological support as part of a holistic care plan.

Dietetics Overview

Nutritional counselling and specialised eating disorder support with evidence-based dietary interventions and meal planning.

Our Practitioners

Accredited Practising Dietitian with specialised training in mental health nutrition and eating disorder treatment.

Dietetics Session Length

Initial consultations are 60 minutes for a comprehensive assessment. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes for ongoing support.

Eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, meal support during recovery.

Psychological assessments help clarify how someone thinks, learns, and functions day-to-day. These assessments are useful for better understanding attention, learning, or emotional challenges — especially when the next step isn’t clear.

We offer comprehensive assessments with clear, practical recommendations that can guide treatment, school planning, or further support.

Comprehensive psychological evaluations with detailed reports including:

Process

Assessments vary in length, but typically assessment will take between 2-5 hours, usually broken down into 1-2 hour appts blocks.
