Dietetics Services
Our dietitians provide compassionate, specialised support for individuals experiencing eating and nutrition-related concerns.
Fees vary depending on session length, but rebate amounts remain the same across all appointments.

Assessments and Reports
Our psychologists provide assessments to better understand cognitive, emotional, or behavioural functioning. These assessments are often used to explore challenges related to learning, memory, attention, or emotional regulation.

Fees
120 min: $480
Assessment times and length vary significantly depending on the type and complexity of the referral. Assessment sessions run for 1.5 – 2hrs, and an assessment can take between 1-3 assessment sessions.

Assessments are not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health fund, depending on your level of cover.
FEES & REBATES
Medicare & Health Insurance Rebates
We encourage you to explore the range of options available to help manage the cost of your care. This includes Medicare rebates for Mental Health Care Plans through your GP for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Alternatively, many private health funds offer rebates for psychological services under their ‘extras’ coverage; we recommend contacting your provider directly to confirm your entitlements. Please note that medico-legal reports are a separate service, priced at $140-$200 per page, and all fees will be discussed with you beforehand.
Mental Health Care Plans
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you're entitled to Medicare rebates of $96.65 (Psychology) to $141.85 (Clinical Psychology) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Those on Eating Disorder Plans are eligible for up to 40 sessions per year.
Medicare Online Claiming
We process Medicare rebates automatically through our Medicare Online Claiming system once your appointment is paid in full. Rebates are deposited directly into your nominated bank account within 3-5 business days.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health insurance funds offer rebates for psychological services under extras coverage. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your entitlements and annual limits.
Medico-Legal Reports
Reports for schools, Family Court, insurance/compensation claims, and medical practitioners range from $140 to $200 per page. The specific fee will be discussed prior to the report being written.
