Anna is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with children (+5 years), adolescents and adults in private settings and within schools. She has experience in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, family or origin issues, and chronic pain. Anna also works with neurodiverse individuals presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and with the associated behavioural and emotional difficulties typical for this population.
Anna offers Autism assessments to adolescents and young adults and is a member of the Western Australian Autism Diagnostics Forum (WAADF).
Anna provides a warm and empathic approach to therapy, focusing on increasing insight and self-awareness to build resilience. Anna utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Anna is also passionate about working with parents who wish to increase their understanding of how to best support their children and adolescents during difficult times.
