The cost for a standard 50 minute consultation is $225 (psychologists) and $240 (clinical psychologists).
Payment in full is required on the day that you are seen and can be paid by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card. We have facilities to credit the Medicare rebate back into your account on the day. For private health rebates, you will have to take a receipt to your fund provider.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICE
(50 MIN)
Sessions run for 50 minutes, and the cost ranges from $225 to $240 per session. All clinicians at our practice are registered to enable Medicare rebates (if you have a doctor’s referral) and health fund rebates (if you have private insurance).
A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP will entitle you a rebate of $93.35 (Psychology) to $137.05 (Clinical Psychology) for 10 sessions per calendar year.
For those clients on Eating Disorder Plans, you will be eligible for up to 40 sessions per year.
Please note that you will not be able to claim the ‘gap’ amount with your Private Health Cover if you choose to claim with Medicare.
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT
(IQ & ACADEMIC)
Psychometric Assessments normally occur over two 2 hour assessment sessions, using a variety of tests that assist in providing insight into a child’s academic and IQ performance. A psychometric assessment includes a comprehensive psychometric report.
Session 1: $450
Session 2: $450
Psychometric Report: $400–500 + GST
PSYCHIATRY
30 mins: $290-300 – rebate $126.40
45- 60 mins: $350-460 – rebate $174.45
New Assessments: $650-850 – rebate $247.25
DIETETICS

MEDICO-LEGAL REPORTS
Medico-Legal Reports consist of requested reports to schools, the Family Court, Insurance/Compensation claims, and other medical practitioners.
These reports can cost between $140 to $200 per page. The fee for a report will be discussed with you prior to the report being written.
